The curriculum consists of 5 courses, of
approximately 15 to 30 minutes duration for each lesson.
Each lesson is aimed to achieving a specific set of learning
objectives, using interactive step-by-step instruction
and tests to help reinforce what is being taught.
- Course 1. What is Bamako Convention
- Course 2. Parties, Focal Points and Dumpwatch
- Course 3. Information sharing
- Course 4. Transboundary Movement and Notification Procedures
- Course 5. Illegal trade
Each course follows a similar structure:
the first lesson of each course introduces the relevant provisions of the Convention, including
obligations, operational procedures, information requirements and the relevant documents.
Following the introductory part of the lesson, the users will have opportunity to do some quiz tests before they move on to the next lesson.
